Exchanges and Refunds
We will of course accept goods back as long as they are returned within 7 days. Products can be exchanged or a credit given for returned items, we will refund your carriage only if the item was seen to be faulty by inspection of the item when returned to Fantastic Hair & Beauty, or if it was not the item you ordered. All items must be unopened in their original packaging. In all other circumstances the delivery charge will not be refunded. We recommend you return you item’s with some form of recorded delivery as we can accept no responsibility for items not received by us.
Using the Fantastic Hair & Beauty website is easy and secure you must be registered to use the site and be guided to-do so if you are not. Browse the site for your chosen products and add them to your basket. When you have finished your order click the checkout button you will be given an option to provide a different delivery address if required. Also you have the option to leave delivery instructions if needed, and coupon/discount codes ECT can be added at this point.
Click checkout until the secure payment page is loaded. Please note this is an encrypted page so all your details are safe and secure. Enter your card details and follow the online instructions to complete your order, when this process is completed you will be sent a confirmation email.
We can only accept orders by online payment.
